Taylor’s Favorite Chicken Marinade

As the name says, this is my daughter Taylor’s favorite marinade for chicken. Marinade for 2 hours or more, but not too long. Overnight is the limit!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup
    olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Dijon mustard
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons
    dried tarragon
  • ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag. Seal and shake to combine. Add chicken and marinate.
