Taco Soup

This soup is quick and easy, and perfect for fall! Feel free to add any veggies you like as well.

  • 1 Pound
    ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1
    packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1
    packet taco seasoning
  • 15 Ounces
    can diced tomatoes
  • 5 Cups
  • 1 Cup
    frozen corn
  • 3/4 Cups
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste


  1. Brown the ground beef or turkey in a large pot; drain the fat.

  2. Add the ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning, tomatoes, and water, and bring to a boil. Add corn and orzo, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently so orzo does not stick to the bottom.

  3. Season with pepper, and cayenne pepper if desired.
