This soup is quick and easy, and perfect for fall! Feel free to add any veggies you like as well.
Brown the ground beef or turkey in a large pot; drain the fat.
Add the ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning, tomatoes, and water, and bring to a boil. Add corn and orzo, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently so orzo does not stick to the bottom.
Season with pepper, and cayenne pepper if desired.
