This is a quick and easy side dish that my family really likes. Don’t forget to add salt at the end.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    orzo
  • 1/2 Cup
    heavy cream
  • 1/4 Cup
    grated parmesan
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil for the orzo. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Return pasta to pot and stir in cream and Parmesan. Cook until thick, about 1 minute, then season with salt.
