Caprese Salad

To give it more flavor, you could use a balsamic vinaigrette instead of plain olive oil. Delicious either way!

  • 8 Ounces
    fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 10 Ounces
    grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half if desired
  • 3 Tablespoons
    fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 Tablespoon
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Toss together the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and olive oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
