Caesar Dressing

I got tired of store-bought Caesar dressing that wasn’t that good, so I decided to make my own. Success!

  • 2 Tablespoons
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon
    grated parmesan
  • 4
    cloves garlic
  • 2
    anchovy filet
  • 1/2 Cup
    olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Kosher salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    freshly ground black pepper


  1. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, Parmesan, garlic and anchovy to a blender or bullet. Pour in the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire and water. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Attach the extractor blade and blend until just combined. Do not overmix.
