Asian Pork Tenderloin

The marinade gives this pork a delicious flavor! You should marinate it for at least 8 hours, and even overnight.

  • 1/3 Cup
    light soy sauce
  • 1/4 Cup
    sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons
    light brown sugar
  • 3
    green onions, chopped
  • 4
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon
    Asian chile paste
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • 2 Pounds
    pork tenderloin, fat trimmed


  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag and add the pork. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Transfer pork to a baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Reserve the marinade.

  3. Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the pork is at 145 degrees. Remove, and let stand 5-10 minutes before carving.

  4. While the pork is roasting, heat the reserved marinade and boil for at least 5 minutes. This can be used as a sauce for the pork.
