The marinade gives this pork a delicious flavor! You should marinate it for at least 8 hours, and even overnight.
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag and add the pork. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Transfer pork to a baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Reserve the marinade.
Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the pork is at 145 degrees. Remove, and let stand 5-10 minutes before carving.
While the pork is roasting, heat the reserved marinade and boil for at least 5 minutes. This can be used as a sauce for the pork.
