I don’t usually make breakfast at my house, but I think I make a mean Sausage Gravy! Serve this over warm biscuits. And wear your stretchy pants!

This makes about 12 sandwiches, depending on how much filling you put in them. I usually make a can of Grands biscuits, and then use English Muffins for the rest. You can also use any kind of cheese you want.

This is my son’s favorite dish. If you don’t like spicy, you can use mild Italian sausage and cut down on the cayenne pepper.
