Slow-Cooker Corn Pudding

This is a great way to make corn pudding when you don’t have enough room in the oven on holidays! You can easily double it too, and just cook awhile longer.

Ingredients

  • 1
    can (15 oz.) cream style sweet corn
  • 1
    can (15 oz.) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
  • 1
    box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 Cup
    sour cream
  • 1/4 Cup
    butter, melted
  • 1
    egg

Instructions

  1. Spray 3- to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into slow cooker.

  2. Cover; cook on High heat setting 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until mixture is set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
