You can use this for any kind of steak you want. This amount is good for about 2 pounds of meat.
You can use any cut of chicken you like with this recipe (whole chicken cut into pieces, thighs, etc.). I prefer boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
If you like the robust flavor of olives, tomatoes, and rosemary, this is the dish for you. I find it works best using a cast iron skillet. Feel free to use any kind of olives you like…I prefer Kalamata.
These are great served with rolls that have been toasted in the oven, with cheese melted on them. Try my homemade French Bread Rolls! You can also top the sandwiches with sauteed onions and/or mushrooms.

This is a quick and easy dish to make. Just make sure to slice the beef very thin. I find it easier if I freeze it for 1/2 hour first. I serve it over rice.
